TBVM Advogados was founded in March 2020 and is the result of decades of individual experience of each of its partners, acquired in previous law firms. Convergence in the way of practicing law, with resources to all currently existing technological means, in order to respond quickly and effectively to all requests in a constantly changing world, was the engine of the foundation of the society. For this purpose, the company has a large and modern office, located in a privileged and central area in the City of Guimarães, close to the Court and all relevant public offices in the Municipality.

TBVM Advogados, although dedicated in its genesis to provide legal services to commercial companies, provides services within the scope of all major areas of Law, in its various branches, such as Obligation Law, Property Rights, Family Law, Succession Law , Commercial Law, Labor Law and Administrative Law, in the various aspects that each one of these branches includes, from the contractual law to the shares, passing through the rights of the personality, including naturalization, the defense of diffuse rights, the right of property, relations of family – its establishment and extinction – employment contracts, corporate law, industrial property, administrative act and its challenge, etc.

As a distinctive element of society, it provides legal advice in the scope of Sports Law, to Sports Clubs and their respective SAD, to athletes and other sports agents.

Each associate, in addition to providing legal services of a general scope, is especially assigned to some of the matters referred to, in a regime of preferential areas to which he is particularly equipped and dedicated.

In its professional relations with foreigners, TBVM fluently uses English, French and Spanish, both written and spoken, having a corresponding office in Paris, led by Lawyer Coralie-Alexandra Goutail.
